IMPORTANT: All final paper submissions must be uploaded in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
Authors are responsible for checking the status of their submissions via the conference website. Notification of abstract decisions will be sent by email, and abstract status will also be updated on the conference website.
AI Statement
Level 1 - Minimal (Editing / Grammar Only)
The authors used artificial intelligence tools to assist with grammar, spelling, and readability improvements in the manuscript. No AI tools were used to generate scientific content, analysis, or conclusions. All technical material reflects the authors' original work, and the authors are fully responsible for the accuracy of the content.
Level 2 - Assisted Writing (Non-technical Content Support)
The authors used generative AI tools to assist with drafting portions of the introduction and background sections. The AI was used for language refinement and organization only. All technical content, interpretations, and conclusions were developed and verified by the authors, who are fully responsible for the accuracy of the work.
Level 3 - Analytical Support (Code / Data / Figures)
The authors used generative AI tools to assist in generating initial code, data analysis workflows, and draft visualizations as described in the relevant sections of the manuscript. All AI-generated outputs were reviewed, tested, and modified by the authors. The authors take full responsibility for the accuracy, validity, and integrity of all results.
Level 4 - Substantive Generation (Core Scientific Contribution Support)
The authors used generative AI tools to assist in generating initial hypotheses, outlining modeling approaches, and drafting portions of the methodology and discussion. All AI-generated content was critically evaluated, validated, and substantially revised by the authors. While generative AI was used as a support tool, the authors assume full responsibility for the originality, accuracy, and conclusions of the work.
